I haven’t seen I’m Not There yet, but I’m still thrilled about Cate’s version of Bob Dylan. I’m still looking around for some good interviews with her about gender and drag but haven’t found any yet.

cate blanchett is a goddess. I would happily watch her do anything, at all, but I especially love the way she plays with gender here. and she really does give good dylan, all sharp-edged and gangly.
I'm quite the Dylan fan and I love me some Cate…swoon.
It's probably a non-issue b/c it's obvious that she can play any part perfectly, man or woman. It's just Cate.
I haven’t seen it yet, either, but her voice is amazing. I can’t believe the things that Cate is capable of. She blows me out of the water.
. . . So, I’d really like to say something intelligent here, but all that’s coming to mind is oh my fucking god, Cate is hot in that clip.
