I’ve been strapping on for almost thirty years, and in that time I’ve had a lot of cocks. Vixen, Tantus, NYTC, a (couple?) hundred others — and I’ve loved so many of them.
Dual density changed everything when it came out: firm core, softer outside, something that finally felt more like flesh than like rubber. I thought that was as good as it was going to get.
Then Uberrime sent me a Bella, and I realized I had been wrong.
Triple density is three separate layers of platinum silicone poured and cured in sequence. A rigid (“shore 20a”, as the type of silicone is called, if that means anything to you) core for structure. A middle layer (shore 0000) — genuinely gooey, gummy, unlike anything else on the market — that gives the whole toy a squishiness that you have to feel to understand. And an outer skin (shore 5a) with a matte finish that reads as skin rather than as silicone. The core stops short of the head, so the tip is actually compressible. You can press on the frenulum. You can feel the coronal ridge give. Nothing else in my drawers do that.
Once I had the Bella — and understood what triple density actually was — and once Uberrime released a second triple density cock, I needed the Amante, too.
The Bella
Uberrime sent me an early version of the Bella about five years ago, and I am not exaggerating when I say that it has been my favorite everyday go-to cock ever since. Look, I have owned a lot of cocks. And this continues to be the one I reach for most.
I have written before about uncut cocks and why some of us want them specifically. For me it’s about embodiment, and gender euphoria — the way a cock reads when you look down at it, the thing that gets unlocked when what you’re wearing matches what you carry in your head. The foreskin changes what a blow job feels like, changes the texture of the whole experience. For those of us who want uncut, uncut matters. And for a long time, the options weren’t great.
The Bella has gone through multiple versions since that first one arrived. I have a v1 and a v2 — pictured in the photo above — and the current version is at least v3, with a shape that’s genuinely different from what came before. Each generation got more specific. The current Bella has a fully defined uncut head: bundled foreskin over the glans, unmistakably uncircumcised, no ambiguity about it. Earlier versions were more suggested-at than committed-to. Uberrime got more specific with each iteration, and it shows.

Isn’t it pretty??
A note on what “uncut” means here, since people ask: the foreskin doesn’t move or retract. For that, you’d need either cheaper cocks in materials I can’t recommend, or significantly more expensive prosthetics built specifically for that function. What the Bella gives you is a fully uncut shape — the visual and tactile reality of an uncircumcised cock — which is, for a lot of us, exactly what we want.
The name is Latin for “beautiful” or “very handsome.” That tracks.
What it’s like to wear
Stable in a harness, functional, moves the way a cock should move. The triple density construction means it responds with a lot more movability — there’s give where you want give, and structure where you need it. When a partner handles it, when you thrust, when you look down at it, it behaves like something that belongs on your body rather than something attached to it.
What the uncut sculpt adds on top of that is specific: it changes what a blow job feels like (I’ll let you discover that for yourself), it changes what you see when you look down, and it adds a layer of texture during use that a circumcised cock doesn’t have. I’ve been wearing cocks since before there were good uncut options. Having one that’s built this well, that’s been refined through multiple generations into something this particular and right, is something I didn’t expect to have.
Ordering
The Bella comes in single density, dual density, or triple density — it’s the same shape across all three, but different construction and different price points. If you want this specific uncut shape without the full triple density system, single or dual has it for less cost. The triple is what I have and what I’m recommending, but it’s worth knowing the options exist.
On color: the Ready-Made listing ships in one to three business days in skin tones — dark, tan, or light. The custom color listing lets you pick your own colors from Uberrime’s full palette (up to 3! And poke around on their site for some examples of how they do color swirling — it’s art). Adding more colors is an additional cost, but it might be worth it to match your favorite harness, or outfit, or what you flag. The main variables for whether to order Ready-Made or a custom color is yes, the color choices, but also how long you’re willing to wait. Custom takes five to ten business days.
One practical thing to note: the base is wide. Check your harness o-ring sizing before you order, especially if you’re using a fixed ring. Most adjustable o-ring harnesses and brief-style harnesses will be fine. (I tend to use a 2″ O-ring in my harnesses with Bella and that works great.)
Water-based lube only; the outer layers of the silicone are more susceptible to wearing down if you use silicone lube.
Specs: total length 8″, insertable length 7.25″, widest diameter 1.79″, widest circumference 5.62″. Flared base, harness compatible, anal safe. Platinum silicone, phthalate-free.

The Amante
The Amante is the Bella’s cut counterpart — Uberrime’s second triple density cock. The details and feel are very similar, but the shape of the head is very different.
For the record, Amante means “beloved” or “lover” in Latin. (Heart eyes!)
Realistic sculpt: pronounced head, raised veining, horizontal brush strokes across the shaft that contribute to the matte, skin-like finish. Same three-layer construction as the Bella. The core stops short of the head here too — the tip compresses, the coronal ridge gives slightly under pressure, the frenulum is depressible. The coronal ridge itself is entirely the softer outer silicone, so there’s a distinct textural shift between shaft and head that you feel during use and that a partner feels from the other side.
What it’s like to wear
Everything I said about triple density in the Bella applies here. Stable in a harness. Substantial without being unwieldy. Moves with you. When I put the Amante on and look down at it, it looks right in a way that matters — not like a toy attached to my body, but like a cock that belongs there.
The specific feel of a circumcised head versus an uncut one is real and different, and which one you want is personal. They’re fairly similar, so unless you’re a bit of a cock collector, you probably don’t need both (but it is pretty satisfying!).
Ordering
The Amante comes in single density, dual density, or triple density — same sculpt and specs, different construction and price. Same color options as the Bella: Ready-Made in skin tones (dark, tan, light) ships in one to three business days; custom color (up to 3! and you can see from the photos that they do an incredible job of swirling the colors together) at a slightly higher price ships in five to ten business days.
Water-based lube only! Be gentle with this special silicone!
Specs: total length 8.5″, insertable length 7.5″, widest diameter 1.83″, widest circumference 5.75″. Flared base, harness compatible, anal safe. Platinum silicone, phthalate-free.

About Uberrime
Both of these are made by Uberrime — a small US operation, one person, Marco, handcasting toys one at a time in platinum silicone. Every toy is slightly individual. The quality is genuine because the maker is genuinely invested: someone who has been doing this for over a decade, who has iterated these sculpts across multiple generations, and whose reputation rests entirely on what comes out of his studio. This is not a mass-produced toy. You are buying something handmade.
At $199 each, they are not cheap. But the right comparison isn’t a $60 dildo — it’s the top end of Vixen Creations’ VixSkin line (which is only dual density, not triple), or other premium small-batch silicone makers. At that comparison, they’re a very reasonable price.
They’re also the cocks I reach for the most, in my whole collection, ever since I first received the Bella.
The Bella and Amante were sent to me from Uberrime in exchange for an honest review. Links in this review are affiliate links, and I will get a small kickback from them if you buy them through these links (at no extra charge to you). All opinions are mine and I was not influenced by Uberrime to write any particular thing (though all facts come from the Uberrime site & hopefully those are reproduced accurately!). Thank you, Uberrime!
